PROCESSING & SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Processing times vary depending on the product.

Standard in-stock items: Orders typically process and ship within 7–10 business days

Pre-order items (this drop only): Processing and shipping timelines are listed on the product page and at checkout
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.
DELIVERY ISSUES
MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED
If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email.

Returned packages will be refunded minus the original shipping cost

If a package is returned due to extreme circumstances (such as natural disasters), we may hold the package until the carrier can safely deliver it
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment:

You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier

Heavy On God is not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession

MY ORDER IS MARKED “DELIVERED” BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Contact your local post office or UPS location immediately

Check with neighbors or building management if applicable
Once marked delivered, responsibility lies with the carrier.
ADDRESS ISSUES
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Heavy On God will not be held liable for shipping address errors provided by the customer.

Please verify your address before placing your order

Minor corrections (apartment number, zip code) may be updated before shipment

Entire address changes cannot be made for fraud-prevention reasons
If the order has already shipped, the customer must contact the carrier directly.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
